Conditions of participation summer jump rope camp 2025
By submitting the application form, I confirm that I, as the participant or the legal guardian of the participant, have read and agree to the terms and conditions for participation in the Summer Jump Rope Camp 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”).
1. Application and Payment
- I declare that all information provided in the application form is true and up to date.
- The application becomes binding once submitted.
- The participation fee must be paid by bank transfer prior to the start of the Event, no later than the due date specified on the invoice (14 days from the date of issue).
- If the application is submitted after July 7th, 2025, the price will be increased by 500 CZK.
2. Cancellation Policy
- In case of non-attendance due to illness, 50% of the participation fee will be refunded, but only upon submission of a medical certificate.
- For other reasons, the participation fee is non-refundable.
3. Health Condition and Insurance
- I declare that the participant is in good health, does not suffer from any condition that could be worsened by increased physical activity, and visits a doctor regularly.
- The participant or their legal guardian assumes full responsibility for any health complications, injuries, or damages that may occur during the Event.
- We recommend obtaining accident insurance and liability insurance.
4. Safety and Conduct
- Participants must follow the instructions of the organizer and coaches at all times and comply with safety rules, including the proper use of sports equipment.
- In case of behavioral issues, rule violations, or signs of illness, the legal guardian must immediately collect and take the child home.
5. Supervision of Minors
- The organizer recommends that children under the age of 15 have adult supervision throughout the Event.
- The organizer assumes no responsibility for any damages or injuries incurred by minors attending without adult supervision.
- If a minor is staying overnight at the Event, they must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18 for the entire duration of the Event.
6. Data Processing and Media Consent
- Personal data of participants and their legal guardians will be processed solely for organizational purposes of the Event, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, and retained only for the necessary period.
- The participant or their legal guardian agrees to the taking of photographs and video recordings during the Event and to their use for the promotional purposes of the organizer (e.g., website, social media, printed materials).
- This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting the organizer at: anezka.bockova@gmail.com.
7. Confirmation of Consent
- On the day of arrival at the Event, it is necessary to submit a signed confirmation of participation (by the participant or their legal guardian).
- Without a signed confirmation, participation in the camp is not possible.
